While Universal Design for Learning is the preferred emphasis within the CSU system for providing equal access for all students, not all access issues can be adequately resolved without further intervention.

We are now going to take a look at the process used to provide accommodations for students with disabilities.

First, we will outline the process and look at each part.  Then, in the case stories section, we will see how this process unfolds with several students who have disabilities.
