People often have questions about how best to talk to individuals with disabilities.  Is it okay to say, "See you later" to someone who is blind or has low vision?  Should I open the door for the individual who uses a wheelchair?  These questions are common as are other inquiries about general etiquette regarding persons with disabilities.
